Sebuah aplikasi pelayanan akan berjalan sesuai harapan apabila tersebut dirancang sebaik mungkin agar dengan keadaan lingkungan diimana diimplementasikan. Begitu pula Smartdukcapil, yaitu online untuk mengurus dokumen kependudukan di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Lima Puluh Kota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Smartdukcapil menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan lapangan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan cara wawancara, dan observasi.
